The story is about a young and budding wannabee star Kumar Gaurav with Rati Agnihotri, Padmini Kolhapure and Rajendra Kumar comprising the rest of the cast. The film is directed by Vinod Pande and has one of the best soundtracks of the eighties. Biddu composes the pop styled tracks including Boom Boom in the fantastic soundtrack.
