Violin maestreo Padmabhushan Prof. T.N.Krishnan hails from an illustrious family of musicians acclaimed in the Carnatic and Hindustani Music traditions. He began his training in music at the age of four under his father the eminent musician Sri A.Narayana Iyer.

Since his debut performance at the age of eight T.N.Krishnan has been entertaining and elevating audiences all over the world for the past six decades as accompanist as well as a soloist of World Class special purity, melodic improvisation and a luxuriant tonal quality are the hallmark of T.N.Krishnan's music.

His instrumental style captures the essence of the art through his technique intonates the violin as if it is the human voice replete with emotions and depth.

His talented son Sriram Krishnan strictly and faithfully follows his master and brings out his own spontaneous and original flashes.
