Kirtan

Kirtan is a mode of teaching spiritual ways of life singing sacred hymns from Guru Granth Sahib in classical format based on raags and taal. For the Sikh it is mandatory to sing Kirtan as frequently as possible. Indian musical instruments like harmonium and tabla are used during the rendition of the songs.
